That's right - we have expanded the food options this year!
While we’re famous for our apple-wood smoked ribs, we’ve heard you! This year, we are adding tasty vegetarian options to the menu. Whether you love BBQ or prefer plant-based flavors, there is more to enjoy for everyone!

Delicious BBQ Ribs
- A dry rub is applied and the then the ribs rest for 18 hours.
- Apple wood smoked for 3 1/2 hours!
- Finished on an open grill.
- The sauce caramelizes, forming a glossy, sticky glaze, the ribs transform into a masterpiece of smoky, sweet perfection.

The Minnesota Festival of Jazz on the Prairie
The Minnesota Festival of Jazz on the Prairie accompanies Rib Fest with the delightful jazz of area bands curated by the City of Eden Prairie.

Parking
The Staring Lake parking lot fills up quickly so the City of Eden Prairie provides a continuous shuttle bus from the Flying Cloud Fields: 15219 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie, MN 55347

- Entry fee includes a BBQ Rib or Pulled Chicken Sandwich Dinner
- Registration begins at 9 a.m. and we aim to start at 10 a.m.
- 2 Rounds of 18 Holes
- New Temporary Holes Change up the Course
- 2 Hour Expected Round Time
- Craft Beer and other beverages available for purchase

What does it support?
The profits from the event support local and international service projects of the Eden Prairie Noon Rotary including:
My Book Day: a literacy program where all Eden Prairie first graders experience a celebration of reading and receive their own hard-cover book.
Onward Eden Prairie: provides housing and services for young people experiencing homelessness.
Bravo Zulu House for Veterans: the first and only all-Veteran sober living facility in the U.S. focusing on PTSD therapy in Winnebago, MN.
Student Scholarships: supporting local students in their educational pursuits.
Let's Go Fishing: provides fishing and boating excursions for seniors, veterans, and youth.
Providing clean water, promoting peace, saving mothers & children, supporting education, growing local economies and fighting disease in local, regional and international venues.
Polio eradication: a Rotary International worldwide program to eliminate this disease.
