Delicious BBQ Ribs
- A dry rub is applied and the then the ribs rest for 18 hours.
- Apple wood smoked for 3 1/2 hours!
- Finished on an open grill.
- The sauce caramelizes, forming a glossy, sticky glaze, the ribs transform into a masterpiece of smoky, sweet perfection.

- Each dinner ticket includes coleslaw & chips.
- Served from noon - 7pm, or until sold out.

- Registration begins at 9 a.m. and we aim to start at 10 a.m.
- 2 Rounds of 18 Holes
- New Temporary Holes Change up the Course
- 2 Hour Expected Round Time
- Craft Beer and other beverages available for purchase
- Prizes for the winners!

The profits from the event support local and international service projects of the Eden Prairie Noon Rotary including:
