A message from Courtney @ Cornerstone:
Cornerstone is excited to host the Eden Prairie Noon Rotary on Saturday, August 29th from 10:00am to noon! You will be working outside in Cornerstone's Peace Garden and around our grounds; this will be weeding, trimming back bushes, and doing lots of the yard projects you would do at your own house. We are so grateful for your help in keeping Cornerstone looking welcoming for the families we serve.
A few quick notes:
- The address is 1000 E. 80th Street in Bloomington; there is ample free parking in front of the building. We are a locked facility, but I will be there to get things set up and let you in.
- I will do a brief overview of Cornerstone's work and impact before we start working and I will be available to answer any questions you may have throughout the morning.
- We will provide basic equipment, yard bags, and a limited number of gardening gloves, so if you have any tools you like to use for these types of projects at home, please bring them.
- You will have access to the building for bathrooms and to refill your water bottle.
